We received friendly, helpful advice regarding our choice of carpet & agreed a convenient date with preferred afternoon fitting timeframe. The fitter Paul contacted us to let us know when he would be arriving. He arrived promptly as agreed. He was extremely polite & very professional. He did an excellent job fitting our carpet & even vacuumed the room on completion. We are extremely pleased with the results. We would recommend Tapi & the fitter Paul to our family & friends.
