- Joseph T Review added: 2018.11.03★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆After many visits to this store, I have only been welcomed ONCE by a knowledgeable member of staff and the rest don't seem to have a clue nor offer any acceptable level of customer service. They apparently don't offer full refunds, you can't exchange an item after buying, they can only order an item in if you are "Definitely going to buy it" (Which isn't the most endearing phrase to say to your customers) and they don't even price match. I'm all up for supporting local business but if I can buy an item online from a seller who offers it cheaper, offers full refunds and exchanges - then why wouldn't I? Disappointing. Most likely won't be visiting again.
- Ss AndsM Review added: 2018.07.01★ ★ ★ ★ ★I took a lens here to be repaired, they gave me a quote within a few days and carried out the work within a short time frame. Good service and and very reasonable prices. I would recommend them for repairs or purchases as they know their stuff
