- Sonia Lees Review added: 2018.10.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My black bins were not collected on the designated day even though they were put out at 7am and they don't come until 4pm. l followed the procedure of reporting it on the council webb site where an automated response tells you they will collect on the next working day.
The bins have now been out for 5 days and l have reported it 3 times now.
I called the council who have informed that the bin collectors have recorded that the bins were not left out for collection the following day which would have been a Saturday!!!
Blatant lies on their behalf as the bins have been out since Friday along with our neighbours whose also was not collected...could it be they didn't even bother to work that day but have recored a shift that never actually happened.
