Had the nerve to bill me nearly £600 for an unwon case, despite them breaching their own terms and conditions in the process. Had threats and blackmail, refusal to provide me with evidence of the work they had apparently carried out. Got advice from CAB and kept fighting them with their own Ts&Cs. Eventually they backed down and closed it but not after causing a lot of stress. Their registered address is someone's house but the address on the letter is somewhere else. They're cowboys. They even admitted changing their contract after the event but didn't notify me yet demanded money. Do not touch with a barge pole. Unprofessional and scamming con artists. Even CAB laughed at their correspondence and demands. Avoid avoid avoid.
