  I don't know it's just like any other place if they're not sure they just point you elsewhere mostly out the front door which really helps actually there's so many places for advice it makes it impossible or very difficult to get the right help instead I didn't need them I made my own decision and the bank was even happier with decision because if you're paying your bills you pay your bills not offered them £1 a week I mean come on guys you know yeah ok I got charged £2,000 and everybody on Google is going to know my business but I don't care lol sometimes a little mistake can turn big mother hahaahaha but hey you only live once do what you can even if you make mistakes on the way have fun..... but basically what I'm saying is Citizens Advice did not advise me very well otherwise I would still be paying it if you think about it £2,000 and a pound a week like you need that lol I'm not an absolute cheapskate man so I offered them £1.20 hahahaha no seriously £80 a month which I thought was adequate but Citizens Advice obviously advise me you don't have to pay that and I had to explain if you borrow money you pay it back and not take forever doing it so there you go it's up to you if you want some advice on how to use IKEA furniture
