Dear Peter,
Your signs were delivered in July and we have not yet received payment despite a number of calls and emails. You do not have a credit account with us and payment is now severely overdue. This is not good business sense, nor is it at all fair, morally correct or respectful treatment to expect goods without paying on time.
If there is a valid reason for withholding payment such as you weren't happy with the speed at which your signs were made and delivered or the behaviour of one of our operatives then please inform me so I can look to rectify this.
I am very disappointed in such bad treatment and relations, as well as your rudeness to our staff members on the phone.
